  • July 2010 - Deadline for proposal of special sessions
  • October 2010 - Distribution of the Second Circular; on-line pre-registration open
  • January 15th, 2011 - Deadline for submission of abstracts
  • February 15th, 2011 - Evaluation of abstracts and e-mail of acceptance sent to authors
  • March 1st, 2011 - Deadline for payment of registration (conference, field trips) with no extra charge
  • June 1st, 2011 - Final program sent out to participants, containing all the information of the conference; abstracts available in the web page
